WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO WE OFFER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £50 and over - this excludes Next Working Day and Saturday delivery services. For orders under £50 we'll charge £6.00 for Standard UK delivery. For those of you that just can’t wait and you need your must-have products quickly, our Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options are available at the checkout stage.

 

OUR DELIVERY SERVICES

Standard (3-5 working days) on orders of £50 and over – FREE

Standard (3-5 working days) on orders under £50 - £6.00

Next Working Day (on all orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday) - £10.00

Saturday (on orders placed before 11am Friday) - £15.00

So we have time to carefully wrap and prepare your lovely product, can we please ask that any orders on our Next Working Day and Saturday services are placed before 11am. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. If you are placing your order to try and hit a specific delivery day (especially a Saturday) please contact us on 0845 023 0275 and we will do our best to accommodate your requirement.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

 

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Our Standard, Next Working Day and Saturday services are available for mainland UK only. For areas outside of this such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man please just contact us so we can help you out.

For Europe, North America, Far East and Rest of World deliveries please contact us to discuss your requirements.

IT'S BEEN LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED LEAD TIME AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Firstly, we'd like to apologise! Our team work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please get in touch with us and we'll give you the latest info. What happens if I'm not there when my items are delivered? If you're not there when they try to deliver, our delivery partner will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number and a telephone number so that so you can contact them directly to arrange the most convenient (time or place/address) redelivery for you.

Large parcels & Fragile Items: Our delivery partner may delay your delivery to ensure that it arrives with you on a more suitable vehicle to safeguard your purchase. If this causes you any problems please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. If delivery is impossible or impractical on two or more occasions, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and storage costs which will be no more than 20% of the price of the goods.
2. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
3. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
