Returns & Refunds
We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale) within 7 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions). And we also pay the postage.
How do I return an Item?
Please contact our ASW help team on 0845 023 0275 who will make it as easy as possible for you to return your item and provide you with the required ASW Returns number to track your return and refund.
Our ASW help team can either:
- Arrange for our delivery partner to collect the item from your preferred address on a day to most suit you - our courier will even bring returns label.
- Or Forward the necessary returns label (by e-mail or post) for you to return the item via your local Post Office.
Whichever is your preferred returns option, please ensure you enclose the Returns Note inside the parcel – fully completed.
Please ensure the item is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, repackaged and sealed as securely as possible.
Returns: What happens next?
Within 5 working days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or item exchanged).
Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
I cannot return my order within 7 days, what should I do?
Please contact us if you think the time frame will be a problem, we will always try and work out a solution to help.
How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
As with any return, please always contact us before sending the parcel back. Let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.
